We only stayed one night, and got the family room even though there were just two of us. The beds were very comfortable. The whole house felt light, airy, fresh, and nicely done up. Breakfast was gorgeous, and Joanne was a lovely host. Just make a plan for parking. Well worth the stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The guest house is in a quiet spot, right near the beach and a short walk from the town centre. Joanne was warm and welcoming, made us feel at home, and was helpful with everything. Our rooms were bright, clean, and nicely decorated. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice, including fresh fruit that Mum and I loved. My husband and I had recently brought Mum here for a holiday.

Those thoughtful little extras, bottled water plus tea and coffee in the room, made the stay feel special. Joanne is lovely and happy to help with anything. This place is a little gem, and I'd recommend staying here.

Joanne couldn't have been a better host. She goes out of her way to make sure you've got what you need and enjoy your stay, and there are lovely little touches she adds. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast is highly recommended: the fry-up is spot on, and there's also cereal, fruit, yoghurt, and plenty of tea and coffee. The beach and pier are about two minutes away, and the town centre is around five minutes' walk. Will definitely recommend this place.

Our room was clean and tidy, and breakfast was filling with plenty of choice. Joanne greeted us on arrival, friendly, helpful, and very welcoming. We had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely return.
