This hotel represents the classic traditional Scottish quality hotel experience, a dying breed these days, but with all needs of the modern leisure and business traveller catered for in a delightful environment and ambience for unwinding and relaxing. Built in 1900, this city hotel was fully renovated in 2010 and offers 11 rooms in total. Guests are welcomed in the lobby with a hotel safe and cloakroom. Guests can enjoy a drink at the bar and dine in the restaurant. Business travellers can make use of the conference facilities. A TV lounge, wired and wireless Internet access, room and laundry services, a car park and bicycle hire also feature.
All rooms are en suite with a shower, bathtub and hairdryer. Double or king-size beds are available. Standard in-room amenities include a direct dial telephone, TV, Internet access, tea and coffee making facilities, an ironing set, central heating and a terrace.
Guests can unwind on the sun terrace. Water sports available include motor boating and sailing. Guests can also play badminton, squash, tennis, pool/snooker, minigolf and golf. We found the location peaceful, with lovely views from the front windows, free parking and Branklyn Gardens handy. The B&B is about a 10-minute stroll from the centre of Perth, though the walk is straightforward; I can see it may not suit everyone. Our room was excellent value, clean, spacious and comfortable. The chap who checked us in and served breakfast was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely, with a good selection, good quality and plenty to eat.

I love small, independent family-run hotels, and Sunbank House Hotel was a lovely place to stay. The cosy, welcoming feel was great, and everything was smooth and easy. Staff were friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable, immaculately clean and had everything we needed, with an extremely comfortable bed. Breakfast was exceptional too, with a great choice of nice produce, cooked really well. It's within a 10-minute walk of central Perth, with lots of cafes, shops, restaurants and bars. I'd happily recommend Sunbank House Hotel and return if I need somewhere in or near Perth again. Thanks for a lovely stay, and I hope to be back soon. Thanks, Cat.

The bed was so comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. Check-in was slick, we enjoyed the comfortable residents lounge, and breakfast had a wide and varied choice. We heard staff easily meeting guests' dietary requests, though we didn't need to make any ourselves. The hotel is a short walk from the town centre, and our room faced the main road, but there was no noise disruption. Really enjoyed our overnight stay and would definitely stay again.

We stayed last week, on October 1st, and had a lovely, comfortable visit. The hotel is in a lovely, quiet location, and our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely too, with great-quality food, nicely presented and beautifully cooked. Thanks to the hotel team.

A lovely, quiet little family-run hotel over the bridge in Perth, with no city traffic noise. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The shower room had lovely Scottish Highland toiletries and good-sized towels. There was also a very nice welcome tray with Border Biscuits, Gold Blend and Yorkshire Tea 😊 I'll definitely book again, thank you 🙏
