The people running this place are kind, the service is really good, and breakfast is delicious and included. Rooms give you more than you’d get at other hotels, and it’s very clean. Prices start at £35 a night, the cheapest around Peterborough, so it works for short or long stays. I’m very happy here and would absolutely recommend it, whether you’re on a budget or not. With the prices, hospitality, service, and cleanliness, I’ll come back. I don’t want to stay anywhere else now.

Breakfast was huge, with plenty of food, unlimited toast and drinks. I also managed to get secure parking in one of the two bays. Kevin welcomed me to a basic single room with a bed, and it was well equipped. He seems to be steering the whole place largely on his own, with the main house and several annexes along the street. The annexe is worn and needs refurbishing, and there’s road noise late into the evening. Still, at £35 it’s a steal. It’s a very dated, no-frills stay, but for that price you can’t complain.

Really affordable B&B, close to the town centre. The room was spacious, with a large, clean and comfortable bed, plus a fridge and big TV. Breakfast was tasty, and the owner was fantastic and friendly.

The breakfast was incredible and worth getting up early for. The hosts were lovely and happy to help with any issues, and the rooms and building felt safe, secure, and comfortable. It’s a charming little guest house, near Peterborough Town centre but far enough away to avoid the main noise. I’ll definitely stay again next time I’m back in Peterborough.

Kev met me when I arrived and was so welcoming and friendly. The other staff were great too. I had a quiet room at the front with strong WiFi, an ensuite, a fridge, and a double bed. Breakfast was plentiful and the cooked food was perfectly done, with cereal, tea, and coffee as well. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk from Peterborough Station and very close to the City centre. A great stay in Peterborough.
