White Horse Farm

The views are stunning, and the hospitality was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything you’d need for a short break. Food and drink were all excellent and reasonably priced. It’s a great base for exploring the North Yorkshire Moors. Would recommend!

Dinner was lovely, all homemade and fresh, and breakfast had a great selection with really good coffee. The atmosphere was cosy and welcoming, and the service was superb. We had a night there recently and are already planning a longer stay in June. The location is beautiful, with plenty to do nearby. The steam railway is a short drive away, and next time we plan to take it to Whitby.

The Sunday lunch was the best I’d had in years, with every part really tasty. Sticky toffee pudding was lovely too. The staff were so friendly and helpful, even giving me a leaflet about local dog walks. There’s a pool table, an open fire and stunning views. I was lucky to find this little gem on its first day, and I’d definitely come back. Highly recommend!

The location is gorgeous, the beer is good, and the food is tasty and well priced. The menu is small, but that works well for a small, isolated venue. We’ll be back soon.
