We were told check-in was only possible between 16:00 and 22:00, and there was no lockbox. When something happened on the road and we couldn't arrive until midnight, they wouldn't help us check in. They cancelled the booking, called us rude, and kept the money paid through Expedia. Be aware and book somewhere else if you don't want to take that risk.

No lockbox, and check-in only happens when it's convenient for them. They wouldn't let us stay, then kept our money even though they cancelled. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and the booking wasn't refundable. Avoid this place.

We expected to use the kitchen and garden because they were advertised, but all we got was a small room with a kettle and microwave and no utensils. The bathroom was tiny and shared with two other families. Wouldn't recommend it.

Kathleen & Colin made us feel right at home in their beautiful house. Thanks so much for having us, we had an amazing stay! It's about a 20 minute drive to the ocean and ferry terminal. If you're visiting Plymouth, this is the place to stay.

Really good value, with self-service breakfast and on-street parking. The place was very clean, and there’s a great kitchen with everything you need. There are four rooms in the accommodation and two bathrooms. My room had one double bed and a single, plus a TV, kettle and fridge.
