There were three of us in a family room for one night. The whole house was impeccably clean, with modern facilities, and our room temperature was just right. The beds were clean and comfortable, and there were plenty of room treats, including tea, coffee, biscuits, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Jeff greeted us warmly, and Judy took our breakfast orders. It was delicious and freshly cooked. Both hosts were friendly, chatty and easy to approach, and nothing was too much trouble. Definitely worth the money, and I’d highly recommend staying here.

What a nice surprise. The hosts were friendly, the breakfast was yummy, and the guest house was beautiful. My room was clean and nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed and an ensuite.

A really good location, friendly owners, a warm room and a good breakfast. I had a single room, but it still came with an ensuite. The bathroom was modern and clean, the shower hot and powerful, and the bed comfortable. I’ll definitely stay here again if I return to Plymouth.

The room suited my needs well. It was a good size, and having a desk and chair was handy. I slept without any trouble. The staff were very friendly, and breakfast was included, with a choice of English or vegetarian breakfast. The location is quite central, between the coast and the town centre. I’m glad I chose this place for my first visit to Plymouth, and I’d stay here again on another trip.
