The lift took a bit of finding at first. It’s on the corridor with rooms from the third floor upwards, rather than in the stairwell where you might expect it. The attached restaurant is nicely set out, and the staff are super friendly. The food is typical chain fare, but seems good. The hotel itself looks like it was built or refurbished fairly recently, and the rooms are comfortable, spacious, and well equipped.

Danielle and Abby were amazing and so helpful. The room was pretty standard, but having tea and coffee facilities and a hairdryer was handy. My only real complaint was the shower, where the water kept shifting from very hot to cold and then back to warm. I had to keep ducking in and out.

The reception staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, and I’ll definitely stay at Willow Farm Premier again. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the rooms were quiet. Breakfast and dinner were great value for money.

We were staying for a family party at the golf club nearby and booked a family room plus two more rooms for relatives. Laura was lovely and made us feel very welcome. When we arrived, the family room was missing a bed, but she set it up straight away and was very apologetic. It honestly wasn’t a problem, especially with how kind she was. The hotel has been renovated recently and they’ve done a great job, particularly with the lovely bathroom. We’ll definitely stay again since we have family nearby. Thank you!

Our room was too hot, but the tall fan in there was a godsend in the extreme heat. We also really enjoyed the pub and restaurant food. It was our first time at a Premier Inn, and the staff were so friendly and helpful when my partner mentioned that at check-in. After dinner we came back to a welcome tray of treats, which was a lovely surprise. Special thanks to Monica on reception. I’d recommend this hotel for its comfort and good value.
