Breakfast had loads of choice, and Jen and Simon were such thoughtful hosts. We stayed at Baie Mooar House for 11 days and loved it enough to book two more long stays in the same room next year. It’s an easy walk into town, with plenty of street parking too. Thanks for a perfect holiday, we’ll be back.

We picked Baie Mooar for its location while we were over for the classic TT, but the food turned out to be awesome too. The owners also run the Boathouse restaurant, just a short walk away. It gets busy, so booking is essential. Great stay, and we’ll definitely return, hopefully with more sympathetic weather.

Jen and Simon made us feel very welcome, they’re friendly hosts. We couldn’t fault the accommodation or breakfast during our 11-day stay. We were so impressed that we’ve already booked the same suite for two more 14-day stays next year.

It’s in a quiet residential area, close to the bus and within walking distance of the wharf and main town. The place feels comfortable and modern, but still has plenty of charm. Breakfast was lovely. I’ve heard their dinner restaurant is quite nice, though we landed there on its regular closed nights.

The hosts are friendly, and the B&B is lovely. It sits by the lake, with the sea just a short walk away. They also run the Boathouse cafe, where the food is great. A good combination.
