The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room itself was nice. But I stayed for 10 days and housekeeping never serviced it, so the trash odours became unpleasant. The lift was broken in a hotel with 4-5 floors. There is a garage, but parking is very limited. With so many apartment-style hotels in the area, I wouldn't choose this one again.

I've stayed at this serviced apartment since 2020, for both short and long visits, and it has become my first choice whenever I'm in the UK. I've lost count of how many times I've been back, and I've never had an uncomfortable stay. I recommend it to friends and family visiting Reading and nearby areas. The location is right in the heart of town, just a few minutes' walk from the main train station, with everything close by. The apartment feels like a real home, spotless, fully equipped, comfortable and convenient. It's cosy, safe and family-friendly, including when travelling with kids. The team is what keeps bringing me back. Laura, the Sales Manager, and the rest of the staff are warm, attentive and always ready to help make a stay hassle-free. I'm almost addicted to the place. It's wonderful, and I can't imagine staying anywhere else.

We had everything we needed in the kitchen and enjoyed having a living room to spend time in. The apartment was spacious and very nice, and the bedroom was quiet with a comfortable bed. The location was excellent, close to shops and restaurants. It was an easy walk to the Thames, and the train station was about 10 minutes away on foot.

We were in Reading for the festival, and Premier Suites was really handy for it, with shops and restaurants easy to reach too. My daughter and I had a great stay. The apartment was fabulous, clean and fresh, with great facilities, and it's very well situated. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We look forward to staying again.
