The room felt fresh and we slept really well. Staff were welcoming from the moment we arrived and happy to help. We also ate at the little pub next door, and the Tastecard discount they gave us was useful. Thank you.

The Colliers pub next door made for a lovely evening, with dinner, a drink and a very indulgent dessert. The £26.99 meal deal was great value and included breakfast the next morning. We both slept like babies in the comfortable bed after a peaceful night. The room was modern, clean and spacious, and reception were friendly and polite. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, though the toaster was broken and the food took a while to be replenished. A little more planning around restocking would help. We both gave it a big thumbs up and look forward to staying again soon.

We would never stay here again. The Plus room was clean, well furnished and had a good bed, but we had one of the worst nights' sleep we've ever had in a Premier Inn. Noise from guests above and around us was awful. It's an old wooden building, and the Plus rooms aren't on the top floor. Avoid.

The breakfast staff were lovely and helpful. A good place to spend the night if you're visiting Alton Towers.

Sam at reception was so pleasant and welcoming today. I was having trouble sorting out the car park tablet when checking in, and she helped me through it. Even late in the day, she made the whole interaction feel friendly and gave great customer service.
