Silver Trees Holiday Park

We love coming to Silver tree's. This was our second year, and we had another fantastic stay as a family of four, with our sons aged 7 and 3. The boys are fascinated by the deer and loved getting close and sometimes feeding them. The site is clean and well cared for, and both caravans we've stayed in were spotless. Blackberry has incredible views over the ridge, and watching the stags during rutting season was fascinating. This year we stayed in the beautiful Elderberry, which also has great views. We've already booked for next year in the brand new Buck lodge, with front and side decking to enjoy the views and watch the deer. The staff are fantastic, friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed chatting with them whenever we stopped by reception. The facilities are great too. You can book the lovely, clean, warm swimming pool for private family use by the hour. This year we also enjoyed the tennis court, with rackets and balls provided free. Cannock chase is a short walk away, and the woodland paths are wonderful. Silver trees is a real gem.

I always come away with memories of feeding the deer with friends. One of my friends is autistic and has sensory issues, so she was nervous about feeding them by hand. An owner gave her tips that helped her feel at ease. The owners are welcoming and helpful, and this is a friendly community with a lovely connection to nature. I've spent many holidays at Silver Trees Holiday Park and strongly recommend visiting. My friends and I are looking forward to coming back.

We spent a lovely weekend in Loganberry. The view was beautiful, and watching the friendly deer was amazing. The children loved them. We didn't try the tennis court because the weather was chilly, but the heated pool was great, especially since it's booked for your own private use. We'll definitely return.

My stay was deeply upsetting, and I rarely leave negative reviews. Three staff members mistreated me in an abusive and discriminatory way because I am autistic. Their behaviour left me feeling unsafe, humiliated and completely unwelcome. I expected basic respect and understanding from hospitality staff, but was met with hostility and ignorance. That kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially somewhere that says it cares about guests' comfort and wellbeing. I hope management takes this complaint seriously, provides proper training in neurodiversity and disability awareness, and makes sure no other guest faces the same abuse I experienced. Until then, I can't recommend this place, especially for people with disabilities or additional needs.
