The breakfast was a real highlight. My boyfriend loved the Asian noodles Michael’s girlfriend made for him, while I had a delicious full English, with plenty of fruit, yoghurt, cereal and juice to choose from too. We stayed in the Plaice room, which was warm, clean and lovely, with toiletries, a generous tea tray and a balcony with table and chairs. Fresh milk and juice were available in the fridge downstairs. The place is central and has off-road parking. Michael was so accommodating and even let us check in early after our morning paddleboarding. I’d happily recommend staying here.

Michael made us feel welcome, and he knows the area well. His cooking was great too, especially the breakfasts, with plenty of locally sourced choices. We spent five nights in the Cod room and had loads of space, a comfortable bed, a sofa, table and chairs, and two TVs. The bathroom was well equipped, and there were lots of useful little extras. The whole house has a nautical look and is really lovely. There’s free parking right outside, and the harbour is only a few minutes away on foot. Farne Island B&B was a fantastic place to stay. Thanks, Michael, for making it such an enjoyable visit.

Michael was a lovely host, happy to help with anything, and breakfast was fabulous. When we arrived early over Easter, he showed us to the Cod room, explained how things worked and shared suggestions for places to visit and eat nearby. The room was spotless, quiet and very well equipped. We slept well both nights in the comfortable bed, and there was a spacious seating area and a well fitted bathroom with an excellent shower. The location suited us perfectly, just a minute on foot from the village, with free parking on the drive. We had a really enjoyable two-night stay.

Michael was a brilliant host, friendly and full of knowledge about the area. The breakfasts were so generous and delicious, with any combination you wanted, enough to keep you going until dinner. Our room was huge, clean and warm, and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The bathroom had two showers, including a rainfall one, and I loved the sunken bath. We had the patio beside our room for the week. It was too windy to sit out more than once, but I can imagine it being lovely in summer with a glass of wine. Thanks so much, Michael, and good luck with all your plans. I’ll be telling people about your B&B.

Breakfast was freshly cooked to order, with plenty to choose from. Michael greeted me when I arrived and even carried my bags upstairs. He was friendly, attentive and informative throughout, and really did everything he could to make my stay enjoyable. The room was bright, modern and spotless, with a big comfortable bed and some thoughtful extras. A lovely stay, and I’d recommend it without hesitation. Thank you :))
