We stayed here for an event at the Arena and have stayed before. It’s very convenient, with the arena just across the road, and the location is fantastic. Parking costs extra, but it’s cheaper than parking at the arena. Staff were brilliant, and the small bar has a good choice of drinks. Our room had recently been refurbished and was lovely. The setup is simple, with good beds and a nice shower. Breakfast is standard PI, with good food, enough choice and good value. The event meant the price was a little higher than usual, but they delivered. We’ll stay again.

Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The food was okay, and parking was easy. Handy for ice hockey, with the arena within walking distance.

This Premier Inn is a Plus, and it shows in the standards. I’ve stayed at lots of their hotels over the years, and the quality can vary, though you can usually count on a comfy bed and quiet room. Here the service was excellent and the food was good. For an event at the arena, the location couldn’t be better. I’d recommend it.

The room and bathroom were spotless, but the duvet was so thick that I got far too hot and had an awful night’s sleep. The meal wasn’t good either. I ordered a burger, the bread was nearly stale and the chips were cold. Staff were really busy, and nobody asked how the food was. Average at best.

The room was excellent, the restaurant was wonderful, and parking was only £3 a night. The staff were clearly dedicated and made the place feel welcoming. Martin especially made our stay much better, and I’m very grateful to him. Premier Inn could send staff here to learn from them. This will be my first choice when I’m in the area.
