The breakfast was a highlight, with great coffee machines and a takeout option for after your meal. I also liked the modern, welcoming restaurant and bar, though I only ate there at breakfast. For a two-night business trip, the location worked well, with a fairly short walk to the train station. The modern room had a fridge and tea and coffee, as expected, though no Nespresso machine. The gym is well equipped, but small: it felt cramped with three of us in there. I'd definitely stay again. Loved it.

Angelica was brilliant to work with while we planned our wedding. She made us feel at ease, welcomed us warmly, and raised a few useful questions we hadn't thought of. We stayed two nights and held our wedding drinks reception and meal in the semi-private space in the sky bar. Everything ran smoothly, and the team looked after us so well. They set the dining table beautifully and were flexible and accommodating to our needs. A huge thank you to Angelica and everyone who cared for us on the day. My new husband and I had a wonderful time. x

Afternoon tea was the best part of our lovely visit. The setting felt elegant and relaxed, and the food looked beautiful and tasted delicious. Jessica and Neha were so warm and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout. Their friendly, professional service really added to the experience. We'd happily return and recommend it to others.

We stayed at the Radisson Hotel as a family while dropping our daughter off for uni, and would come back. The central location and new interior made it a lovely stay. The reception team led by Vicenzo were exceptional. William, Christiana and Harsh were kind, professional, and helpful from the day we arrived. The hotel has the important things right, though some areas could use refinement. Parking was the main drawback, but there's a promotion code if you prepay. The hotel has only recently opened, and the team are still learning the ropes, but their enthusiasm made a difference. Booking online was very easy, though I had trouble activating my account. The call centre took a while to complete the booking, so I hope that process can be easier. Fortunately, the hotel team, especially Vincenzo's reception team, more than made up for it.

The breakfast had loads of choice, though the sausages weren't great and the scrambled egg was horrid. It didn't even taste like egg. Is it instant egg or something? I still give the stay 5/5, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel is fresh and modern, and our standard room was stylish and very clean. It had a large smart TV, wall plugs and USB and USB-C slots, lots of lighting options, a fridge, a couple of bottles of water, and an ironing board and iron. The modern bathroom had a beautiful, refreshing shower. The staff were lovely and friendly too. Thank you!
