Kellie is doing an awesome job here. You can tell she cares about the brand and everyone who comes through the hotel, and she has a great team around her. I came back because I remembered how kind and professional she was. Keep it up, Kellie, and a huge shoutout to the team at Easy Hotel Sheffield! 🫶🏾

Shawn made my stay feel welcoming as soon as I arrived. He was friendly and professional, and got everything sorted quickly and smoothly. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. He’s a real credit to the team.

Shawny greeted me warmly at reception and did everything he could to make sure I was comfortable. The hotel itself is basic, but clean and efficient, and well placed for the city centre and station. I’d worried about noise, but nights were quiet. I’d book again on the strength of the service.

Shawny greeted me with a lovely smile and a great attitude, then got me checked in and relaxing in my room in no time. The room was neat, tidy and squeaky clean, with what you need, and it was very light on the purse. Felt like a lovely safe place. Fantastic.

The room was really small and the flooring was uneven, with one part coming up. There was lipstick on the bedding, along with all sorts of hair. The shower ceiling had dark yellow marks, and when you showered, yellow-stained water dripped all over it. The gentleman in the lounge, Shawmy, who checked us in, was lovely, cheerful and really helpful. He was probably the best staff member. The others could be rude and mardy at times, like it was just a job to them.
