Premier Inn London Docklands - Canning Town

Jannatus made a lovely first impression when she checked us in. She was friendly, helpful, and full of useful information, and made us feel welcome straight away. We’ve tried other Premier Inn locations, but this was our first stay at Canning Town. The hotel is in a great spot near the Tube, and the rooms have always been clean with comfortable beds. It’s a budget place, so there aren’t any frills. We’d choose it first for future London trips. Rooms: 4.5. Service: 5.0.

Ms Labone’s kindness and patience made the biggest difference for our family. One of our family members is autistic, and she treated him with real dignity, made sure the room worked well for his needs, and even prepared special tea for him while we waited for a taxi. Her care and professionalism went well beyond what we expected, truly seven-star service. The Premium Plus room also had everything we needed: a fridge with complimentary water, tea and coffee facilities, an iron and ironing board. It was comfortable and clean, and the lounge was a nice place to relax. Getting to ExCeL London and other parts of the city was convenient. We had an excellent stay, and Ms Labone has made us lifelong Premier Inn fans. Thank you for making it so special!

Dinner was delicious, with plenty of choices, and the dining area was clean and tidy. We also found the staff friendly, especially Jannat, who was wonderful and very helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick, and the clean, modern room was really comfortable. Transport links are only a short five-minute walk away, which made getting around London easy. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back.
