We were warmly welcomed, and the owner couldn’t do enough for us. Mark made sure our room was clean and very well looked after. The guesthouse is a stone’s throw from south pier, with lots of local amenities nearby. We stayed over the weekend and thought both the room and host were exceptional. It’s excellent value, and I’d highly recommend it again and again. We’ll book again this year! Well done mark!

Mark was a superb host, and nothing was too much trouble. Our guesthouse was beautiful, warm and nice and quiet, even though it’s only a short walk from the promenade. The room was immaculate, comfortable and had everything we could possibly need: tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, milk and biscuits; a kettle, fridge, iron and full-sized board; toiletries and even a pot of washing powder. The blackout curtains were an absolute bonus. We’ve just got home from a fantastic stay, and we’ll definitely return. I’d highly recommend this treasure.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and really comfortable. It’s a great place to stay if you want to be near Pleasure Beach.

We stayed in the family room on a quiet street, a minute from South Pier and Pleasure Beach. The room was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and there was a large TV. Our host was great, and we parked on the street for free without any trouble. We often struggle with having milk for our one-year-old, so we were amazed to find a fully working fridge in the room. We’ve already booked our next stay.
