Barton House

Cheers, Ian and Denise, you should be proud of the place. We stayed in deluxe room 6 on our first visit, and it really felt deluxe, loads of space in both the room and bathroom. There were comfy pillows and a bed, a decent-sized shower, amenities, fresh milk and water in the fridge, which fits a standing 1.5 ltr bottle, plus tea and coffee facilities and plenty of storage. Breakfast was cooked fresh to order and great quality, just remember to fill out the order form the night before. Nothing was too much trouble for the lovely couple, and I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Denise and Ian were wonderful hosts, and we’d love to stay again. We’d booked for a week but had to leave a day early because of rail strikes. My room was excellent with comfy beds and I slept really well. The children liked their rooms too, and breakfast was great. The price was good as well. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

We had a perfect stay at Barton House over the October half term. Ian and Denise were wonderful hosts, the breakfasts were delicious, and the room was amazing. The fridge with fresh milk was a real bonus. The location’s great too, just a stone’s throw from the promenade, so it’s quiet, and only a short walk to catch the tram to the attractions. We’ll definitely be back!

Funny Girls was a great tip from Ian & Denise, who know Blackpool well. They made us feel so welcome and really went out of their way during our Valentine stay. Everything was very clean, and the products were ethically sourced. The full English breakfast was gorgeous, so I’ll miss that, but we’ve already agreed to come back. Thanks to you both for making it so memorable.
