North Parade Seafront Accommodation

The owners were lovely, and it was handy being able to leave our luggage there safely. There’s a lift, and I enjoyed having a deep bath. I got a bit confused about check-in, but places all have their own policies. It’s a friendly place with comfortable beds, clean, nice rooms, and easy access to everything in a safe area 😉🛏️

I had a quiet, pleasant night in a simple, clean room with a sea view at the top of the house. It had everything I needed, and there’s a lift if needed. The welcome and checkout were both friendly and helpful. Thank you.

We booked at the last minute after our other hotel cancelled, and luckily there was one room left. It cost £100 for three people for one night. The owners were so kind and helped us a lot, and the hotel was close to the beach and other things. The room and bathroom were very well looked after and really clean. It smelled lovely whenever we came back in, and the beds were so comfortable we didn’t want to leave. Good price, good room. I’d recommend it and might come back one day.

I was cycle touring through Skegness and stopped for just one night. The guy who checked me in was friendly and quick, and offered to keep my bike behind the bar, which I appreciated. When you stay in hotels every night on a cycling trip, the costs add up. I usually aim for £50-60 and just need a clean room to wash and sleep, but places at that price can disappoint. This one didn’t. I expected a single, but got a double room that was very clean and had everything I wanted, including bottles of spring water alongside the usual tea and coffee. Great value for the location, staff and price. I can recommend it.
