Beachlands Guest Accommodation

Karen was lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms were beautiful, nicely decorated and impeccably clean, with comfortable beds and fresh fluffy towels. A fan had been set up for our arrival, and there were even sweets on the towels 😊. The window had been opened to let in the sea breeze. There was a mini fridge, handy for the milk I’d brought to make tea, plus a kettle and a selection of tea, coffee, sugar and sweeteners. Breakfast came promptly and was delicious, cooked just right with good quality food. We also had fresh pressed coffee, with tea or fresh orange juice as options, as well as cereal. The bright, clean dining area felt comfortable. Amazing service, I’d absolutely recommend 👍🏻.

We stayed in June 2025 and found the location great. There’s free on-street parking, plus a paid car park right next to the hotel. Carrie and Karen were accommodating and shared local tips for Skegness.

The B&B is really well placed for the main attractions and amenities. We had a relaxing break, and it felt like good value for money. Karen, Carrie and Jack gave us a warm welcome; our room was clean, nicely decorated and had a comfortable bed. There were thoughtful extras, including little treats and shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was tasty with plenty to eat, and the breakfast room had lovely colours. Thanks for a lovely stay. We’d recommend it.

Breakfast was tasty, and nothing felt like too much trouble. My husband and I stayed for two nights at the Beachlands guesthouse. Karen and Carrie made us feel welcome from the start. The rooms were spotless and modern, with toiletries included. We’ll definitely come back.
