Our group of 20 local charity shop volunteers had a Sunday roast at the Red Lion, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was excellent and great value. Thanks to Louise and her team for a lovely time. The location is great, and the staff were lovely.

A few friends and I went for Christmas dinner on 11 December. The table was beautifully set, and the servers were so helpful and polite, with nothing too much trouble. The meal was really lovely, and the vegetables were cooked beautifully. Everything was just right for the price. It’s one of the best Christmas meals I’ve had in a long time. Well done to everyone, especially the chef!

We came from Peterborough for lunch on Wednesday and had a great meal. The staff were so pleasant too. I’ll be back.

The rooms were really comfy, the food was brilliant, and both the staff and customers were fantastic. I’d definitely recommend it to friends and family.

A Sunday roast that might be the best I’ve had. The servings were enormous, the meat cooked well, and service was quick and friendly. Brilliant.
