Sopwell House

Carla made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. She patiently talked us through the different packages and was so helpful and attentive. The spa itself was lovely, and we had a really relaxing, luxurious afternoon. We’ll definitely return, and Carla’s service is a big reason why.

My daughter and I had such a memorable evening at Sopwell Houses' Omboo restaurant. The food was sublime, and the intimate atmosphere made it feel special. The staff really knew what they were talking about and were wonderful throughout. I can’t recommend Omboo enough for a romantic dinner or special occasion. Thank you, Sopwell, for an evening I won’t forget.

Lunch at the Brasserie was one of the best meals I’ve had, and the service was what really made it stand out. Charles and Gabor looked after me, if I’ve got their names right, and were friendly, chatty and knowledgeable. I’ve never had that level of service in a restaurant. The venue is beautiful, and the reception team were welcoming and helpful when I arrived. Sarah and Oya from the sales & events team took me to my meeting room and checked in on me through the day. Everyone was attentive and made the experience feel special. A huge thank you to all the staff.

We’ve been to Sopwell a few times and always find it welcoming and relaxing. The team are excellent, and they’ve been very helpful with dietary and medical needs. The spa facilities and choice of treatments are great too. This time we used a Winter deal along with some Christmas gift vouchers for an overnight spa break. It came with dinner for two in the Brasserie, a cocktail each, breakfast and a treatment of our choice.
