The location makes it easy to explore St Albans and the surrounding area, and the hotel is spotless, with free parking and a genuinely helpful team. Will and his staff made sure everything was taken care of. They also support local events: for St Albans Postboxes, they let us display our 100 toppers and welcomed hundreds of visitors on Viewing Day. We’ve used the Meeting Room too, and its facilities were excellent. Wheelchair users in our group praised how accessible it was. Highly recommend.

A real find just off the M25. I was impressed by the price, and the buffet breakfast was decent, as you'd expect from a chain. The room was spotless and had a modern, well thought-out design. The reception staff were lovely when I arrived on the evening of 10 December and again when I left on the 11th. I usually book Premier Inns for business when I just need a bed, but I’d happily stay at Holiday Inn again.

The free breakfast had a great range of choices, and parking is free too. Staff were pleasant and helpful, the bed was very comfortable, and the new shower was lovely. It’s close to a busy road, but I didn’t hear anything, even though I’m a light sleeper. Clean and well maintained, with nothing I could fault.

The location at Jct22 on the M25 is handy, with Jct 6a on the M1 only five minutes away. The spotless rooms and great showers made for a good stay. WiFi and a fantastic breakfast were both included in the price. Highly recommended.

The night staff were especially nice, and the rest of the team were kind too. We stayed four nights as a family, with breakfast included each morning. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower was modern. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.
