The restaurant was a real highlight. There was plenty of choice, the food was good, and the staff were polite. We enjoyed being able to take our time between courses without feeling rushed. Aishwarya at the priority desk also gave us a lovely welcome. She was friendly, attentive, and helped with a couple of questions, which we appreciated. We stayed overnight before an early flight from Stansted, had dinner there, and booked five days of parking. The room was clean and we slept well, though it looked a little tired. Being able to walk to the airport was handy, and it was reassuring to know the car would stay onsite. We’d happily come back. And the jellies at reception, grapefruit, we think, were the best!

Alvin and his colleague James made check-in easy. They were both friendly and professional, answered all my questions, and deserve recognition for the positive welcome they gave me. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and tidy bathroom. It was simple rather than fancy, but practical and well kept, with what I needed for a short stay.

After a long journey, Alvin’s friendly welcome at reception made a big difference. He was helpful, paid attention to the details, and made me feel valued while getting my check-in done efficiently. He also knew the hotel facilities well and answered all my questions. That first impression made the stay pleasant, and I’d gladly come back. Henry in the restaurant was such a pleasure to chat with, polite, helpful, and really down to earth. The desserts were lovely too. We tried the apple and raspberry crumble tart and the cheesecake, and the tart was our favourite. It was our first stay, but we’ll be back. The room was spacious and clean. Our runway view looked a bit like a building site in daylight, though the lights made it nice at night. I had the curry, but found it short on flavour and more like a ready meal than something homemade. For the price, it wasn’t worth it for me. Apart from that, no complaints, and I’ll try something else next time.

We keep looking forward to staying here, and it’s especially convenient because my husband walks very slowly due to health issues. We’ve been served by Deekshita before, who’s charming, and the other staff are lovely too. The food at the restaurant is good. Wine is a bit pricey, but good as well. We love this hotel and would highly recommend it.
