Christine made us feel welcome right away when we dropped our bags off early, and she was just as lovely at breakfast, even complimenting my daughter. The other staff we met were lovely too. Breakfast was cooked to order, with continental items available to help yourself to, and we really enjoyed it. We felt safe despite being unsure about the lively reputation of the area. A security guard outside checked on everyone who stopped near the entrance. Our room faced the doors from the 5th floor, but we heard very little from outside. New Street Station is right outside, which made the location perfect. We had a great overnight stay and will definitely return.

Christine at reception helped us out even though she looked busy, and her warm welcome got our stay off to a lovely start. Everyone was cheerful and welcoming. This was our second time staying here for our Christmas trip, and the hotel and location worked really well for me and my daughter. We’ll definitely come back on our next trip 😀

James and Sue at reception were friendly and gave us great service. Security was brilliant, and I couldn’t fault anything about our stay. They deserve a raise. Thanks for a wonderful time.

Nemo, the manager, was especially friendly, attentive and helpful, and the rest of the staff were too. We woke up to Christmas treats outside our door. Everything was very clean, and the location made it easy to get to Bullring, Chinatown, and plenty of shops and restaurants. The price was very reasonable as well.

Asiya and Nemo were both incredible hostesses, and a real credit to the Premier Inn chain. The staff were accommodating, professional and friendly, even though they seemed a little short staffed that day. I stayed one night for business and was very happy with the service.
