Clare was a perfect host and made us a delicious breakfast. I’m vegan, which can make breakfast tricky, but she went out of her way to offer vegan alternatives. Bay Lodge is a small B&B with four rooms, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could need. I had a lovely stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. I’ll definitely come back next time I need to be in Penzacce.

Just a 10 minute walk from the bus and train station, this is an excellent bed and breakfast. The host looked after me so well, and the breakfast had lots of options. One of the best I’ve had.

We used this as our base for walking the South West Coast path, and the bus stops just around the corner made getting to and from the path really easy. It’s also in a great spot for the centre of Penzance. We loved staying here and couldn’t have felt more welcome. The breakfasts were fabulous.

We walked to St Michael’s Mount and back, though there’s plenty of parking by the causeway if you’d rather drive. Parking at the accommodation was easy to access, and everything in Penzance is a short walk away. It’s a very comfortable, welcoming place, and breakfast was cooked to order with plenty of choices. As good as any we’ve had.
