The room was excellent, very clean, and quiet overnight. It was easy to find, there was lots of parking, and there's food on site at Toby carvery. Trentham retail park is a short drive away, and Stoke city and its attractions are close too. Yes, Stoke has plenty of heritage stuff to see! I'll stay here again next time I visit relatives.

The room was absolutely freezing. The old wall heater blew cold air before it finally warmed up, which was miserable with two children. The family room was tiny, with just two plug sockets for all our devices, and it felt really outdated. The staff were lovely, but I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.

We found plenty of parking and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our king-size room was large, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. There’s a Toby Carvery attached, which we used for breakfast.

Having a Toby Carvery attached was a nice bonus. The room was dated and a little run down, but fine for a quick night’s sleep. Parking after dark was awkward because there’s no outdoor lighting, so it was hard to see the bay markings and find the entrance.

There were loads of squirrels outside, which was lovely to see. The bed was really comfortable and the room was nice. Kirsty at reception helped us sort out any issues, and the service was great.
