Debbie made the stay easy from the moment we arrived. I hadn’t mentioned my wife’s disability when booking online, but Debbie on reception was courteous and professional, and arranged a ground-floor room for us. She also helped us book the meal deals. We chose this Hotel because it was close to somewhere we needed to visit for a funeral. We usually stay at Premier Inn, and this one was first class. The Beefeater service was exemplary too, with a very helpful and courteous waitress. We may not be back, but I’d gladly recommend the superb service we received.

Debbie at reception was really helpful and sympathetic when I had the misfortune of losing my phone and wallet. We were there for two nights to visit family, and the room was really nice. Breakfast was really good, and there’s lots to do within driving distance. If you fancy stretching your legs, you can walk from the Premier Inn to the Clent Hills. We’ve stayed here lots of times. It’s a really nice place to stay.

Nothing seemed too much trouble with such friendly people. The rooms were great, the location fantastic, and the Baylisd and Harding products were brilliant. Outstanding customer service and a fantastic stay.

The bed was a good size and comfortable, though the room felt a bit grubby. It was clean, but had a musty smell, as if there might be a damp problem. At breakfast, some of the plates and cups hadn’t been washed properly.

The room was very clean, the bed comfy, and the TV a decent size. A lovely lady greeted us at reception and couldn’t have been more helpful.
