Debbie at reception made a difficult trip much easier. I hadn’t mentioned my wife’s disability when booking, but Debbie was professional, kind and quick to move us to a ground-floor room. She also helped us arrange the meal deals. The Beefeater service was excellent too, and our waitress was just as courteous and helpful. We were staying nearby for a funeral and may not be back, but I’d happily recommend this hotel for the service we received. We always use Premier Inn, and this one was first class.

Everyone was so friendly and happy to help, nothing felt like too much trouble. We had a fantastic stay in a great location, with lovely rooms and brilliant Baylisd and Harding products.

We’ve stayed here lots of times and it’s a really nice place to come back to. This visit was for two nights while seeing family. The location works well, with plenty to do a drive away, and you can walk from the Premier Inn to the Clent Hills if you want some fresh air. Breakfast was really good and the room was lovely. Debbie at reception was especially helpful and sympathetic when I lost my phone and wallet.

The bed was comfortable and a decent size, and the room had been cleaned, but the place still felt a bit grubby. There was a musty smell, as if there might be a damp issue, and the plates and cups at breakfast hadn’t been washed properly.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfy, and the TV was a decent size. The lady at reception was lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful.
