The built-in kitchen was handy, and the rooms were very clean. We liked how quiet the place was and how well located it is. The platform bed gave us the biggest trouble: it's useful for storage, but the person sleeping on the inside found it difficult to get in and out. There are no plugs or bedside storage shelves for that person either. I'd stay here again for the cleanliness and location, but would choose a different bed.

The kitchenette was more useful than I expected, and after long days out in London, that comfortable bed really helped. The room was small, but thoughtfully laid out, clean and modern. The best part is being right in the middle of things while the place stays surprisingly quiet indoors. Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly without making a fuss. I’d happily stay again for a central, comfortable and practical base.

The location was hard to beat, with shops, sights and restaurants nearby and the Tube about a five-minute walk away. The room was the size we expected and worked for us, but it wasn’t clean enough: the floors felt gritty and had clumps of hair, and there was mould in the shower corners. We were there for three nights and paid for early check-in and a room clean, but neither was available. Staff were friendly and apologetic. At checkout, I was told the room hadn’t been cleaned because I’d booked it on arrival day. I don’t remember being given that option, and surely someone could have noticed at check-in. Maybe the staff need more training. For the price, I’d have liked a cleaner room and a smoother stay.

As a solo traveler, I felt safe the whole time, and the area was lovely and quiet. I stayed about six nights and found the location really convenient, with restaurants, cafes, shops and local sights all within walking distance. The staff were so friendly and happy to answer questions, and I was surprised with a lovely London mug at check-in. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had the essentials, including a mini fridge and coffee maker. It was clean overall, though there was a little dust in some corners. I had a fantastic stay and would love to come back. ❤️
