I’ve only eaten here, not stayed overnight, so I can’t say anything about the rooms. The breakfast is good, with an all-you-can-eat setup. Other meals can take a while even when it’s quiet, though it’s not too bad.

We had a pleasant stay and the staff were attentive and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and well kept. We’ll stay here again.

The hotel looks nice and is in a good spot in stroud. Our room was lovely and clean, and we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Great experience, we’ll definitely come back.

4/10

The staff were super friendly, but the rest of the experience wasn’t the best. The WiFi ranged from very bad to nonexistent, and the floors creaked everywhere. It’s a strange place to get around, with lots of corridors and staircases. We asked for two rooms fairly close together because we were with a relative, but ended up at opposite ends of the hotel.

A ground-floor room was ready as requested. The staff were nice, and the location is good. It was the usual Premier Inn stay, competent and predictable.
