I come here for work every few months and couldn’t fault it. The rooms are a good size, the bed’s comfy and the bathroom is lovely. Staff are always really helpful at check-in, especially since the screens never seem to work when I use them. There’s a bar and grill on site, plus a Starbucks. I’ve only used the gym once, and I plan to try the pool on a future visit. Would recommend it as a base if you’re in the area.

A big thank you to Adam and the team for making our stay great. We had a banking issue when booking breakfast, and Adam sorted it quickly. He then went to let the restaurant staff know it was fixed and brought us a high chair as well. He went above and beyond. Very grateful. Thank you, Aaron, Becky and Livy.

Taylor got me set up at the gym at the Village. The process was really easy, even using the ‘my gym discounts’ option. The facilities are good as always, and the new cold plunge is a nice addition. :)

The hotel and rooms are nice. Downstairs, though, the bar, gym and swimming pool were packed with people because they’re open to the public. That may suit some people, but to me it felt like I was out on the town.

Check-in at Village Swanse was very smooth, and the room was nice, clean and cool. At breakfast, I asked the names of the staff helping us. I think they were Sian and Tina, if I remember correctly. They were welcoming and extremely helpful, and the poached eggs were perfect. I really enjoyed it. Thank you, and I’d recommend staying at Village Swnasea. X
