I booked the apartment that same day and decided to wing it. Check-in was easy, with no problems at all. It was clean, the bathroom was nice, the living room was comfortable, and everything in the kitchen worked. There was also a cupboard with useful things like a drying rack, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. My bedroom was clean and pleasant too, and the bed was really comfortable. I’d definitely stay again. Parking was the one downside, since it's quite expensive. I found a space across the road for £10 for 24 hours, which was a lot cheaper than the other options.

The apartment is really big and beautiful. It's near the centre, with parking for about 10 pounds for 24 hours. The area isn't beautiful, but the centre is around a 10-minute walk away.

A couple of times now, the heaters have stopped working. The maintenance guy couldn't figure out why, so he replaced them. They worked for about half a week, then stopped again. Not ideal when you've got a one-year-old. We like the apartment, apart from the toaster, which didn't work. We reported it and were told someone would come out that day, but we heard nothing. It was close to Christmas, so that was a little expected. The location is great, right in the town centre, though with work happening in the area there can be overnight noise from what I assume are generators.

It's right in the middle of a packed town centre, with no parking or loading at any time unless you pay £15 a day to park round the back. The shower barely has any water pressure, the beds are tiny and wouldn't suit anyone over 5ft 2, and it's incredibly noisy at night. The car park next door seems to turn into a drunken, homeless rave in the middle of the night. You couldn't pick a worse place if you plan to stay in Swindon.

Really disappointing apartment. It was badly cleaned, with dried blood on the master bedroom bedding, lots of dead insects in the windows, and marks and stains on most of the walls. The multi-storey car park right beside it has fans running loudly all night. You can't open the windows for fresh air at night because of the noise.
