The meals were a highlight, hearty and delicious, and you could tell they were made with care. Breakfast and dinner both came with friendly service. The staff were attentive without hovering, and the rooms were spotless. Yarn Market Hotel has an old-fashioned charm and a peaceful feel. It doesn't try to be trendy or flashy, just a clean, comfortable place run by people who care. Set in the beautiful medieval village of Dunster, it's a good base for exploring Exmoor or simply relaxing. We felt warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended for a characterful countryside escape.

Stopped by for Sunday lunch and it was fantastic. The portion was generous, everything tasted delicious, and the staff were friendly and great to chat with. Hope to come back soon!

The restaurant food was excellent and really good value. The staff were chatty and courteous, too. What a lovely hotel. We'd happily recommend it and will definitely visit again.

Our walking group came back to this charming hotel and Anthony and his staff treated us like family. Nothing was too much trouble.

Freshly cooked food, made in-house, was splendid, and the village location is fabulous. It's a non-chain hotel, which feels unusual these days, run by an enthusiastic team who provide first-class service. You must go.
