We were lucky enough to get a larger room because there were empty rooms on the nights we stayed. It had a huge bathroom with a bathtub and a dressing room. Tony is a very welcoming and helpful host who’s happy to accommodate, and he took an interest in our plans. The bright, cheerful breakfast room is well stocked and looks out on a lovely garden. Tony cooks a delicious hot breakfast. This lovely B&B is right by central Tavistock and no detail seems to be overlooked. I can warmly recommend it, and will definitely come back next time I visit Devon.

The room was lovely, with a very comfortable bed and divine shampoos, conditioners and other products. Tony was incredibly friendly when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. He’d also arranged an out of hours check in for us, which was super helpful. The hotel was stunning and the staff were fantastic. I can’t recommend this place and The Annex enough, and we’ll definitely send our friends and family here.

We stayed two nights for the Edwardian evening, and Tony made us very welcome. He was interested in what we had planned for our stay. Our room, number 3, had everything we were likely to need and was excellent. The bed was so comfortable that without breakfast we might never have got up. It’s a very central, ideal location, and car parking is provided.

We only stayed one night, but it was a great experience and good value. Our room was clean and charming, with lovely hill views, and breakfast in the conservatory was really good. The coffee was great too. The B & B is just off the high street, and our friendly, helpful host had the room ready two hours ahead of schedule. We’ll definitely come back.
