Royal Lion Hotel

We had a lovely weekend here with my sister. The sea view was amazing, the breakfast was nice, and the little bar had entertainment. The customer service was excellent, too. Our only small drawback was the many stairs we had to climb to reach our room. Thanks for having us, we’d definitely come back.

We last stayed at the royal lion hotel three years ago, and came back this week to find it transformed. The updates have been done to a high standard. Our sea view room was stunning, spotless, and beautifully furnished, with lovely carpets and decor and a view to die for. Everyone on staff was friendly and welcoming, and the bar area was great. We’ll definitely be back, and I’d highly recommend it.

We booked a two-bedroom room for a Monday-to-Friday vacation. Getting checked in was quick and easy, and the staff were warm and friendly the whole time. The hotel’s right by town in a safe, walkable area, so reaching the town center on foot was easy. The room felt fresh and was clean and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable, and there was a TV and a fan. The bathroom had what we needed, and housekeeping checked each day whether we needed anything replenished. That was a nice touch. There was some construction inside the hotel, but we didn’t experience any disruption. It was fully functional during our stay. We had a pleasant visit, felt it was good value for money, and will definitely come back. Thanks for a lovely stay.
