Rooms are comfy and very clean, and the staff are helpful and friendly. I stay here often and always get a great welcome. It’s cheap and cheerful, and the little garden out front is really cute and pretty.

A great no-frills hotel for a stopover on the way from N Wales to North Norfolk. We paid £60 for three adults, and the room was great value, very clean, with a comfy bed and plenty of tea and coffee. Reception staff were friendly, efficient and professional.

The price is budget-friendly, but the stay was more than adequate. The bed was so comfortable, the bedding spotless, and the bathroom was spotless too. Staff were pleasant and the place was very quiet. I’d happily stay again.

Cath at reception was really friendly and helpful. The hotel is well placed for Kettering and Rushden, and the room and bed were to a high standard. The only thing I’d change is adding USB charging sockets. I’d definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed here a few times after visiting friends and family, and it’s usually very good value. Check-in staff have always been welcoming, friendly and helpful. They also told us to take extra tea, coffee and milk from the basket by reception for the room, which is handy if you like a cuppa or two.
