A standard Premier Inn room, but very dated. It was spacious, though the carpet looked visibly dirty and needs a thorough deep clean. The washroom also needs major redecoration. I couldn't tell if the very weak tap was intentional or not, while the shower was powerful.

We had two lovely short breaks at the hotel. The restaurant food was excellent and the service there was very good. I also want to mention rhys, the young barman. He was lovely, always smiling and happy, and couldn't do enough for us. The young woman was the complete opposite. On Sunday I complained because she seemed more interested in stroking dogs than serving customers, and I never saw her wash her hands.

The Beefeater food was lush, and the staff there were fantastic. At the Premier Inn, the desk staff were amazing, especially Rachel, who was so helpful and kind. She knew we were going to a musical for my daughter's birthday. Thanks for everything, we'll be back x

We had a clean, comfortable room with a good view of the seafront. Check-in and checkout were easy, and the staff were friendly. It was an easy walk to the theatre for the show we saw, and not too far from the train station on foot. I'd definitely stay again.

What a lovely week away. The beachfront was in tip-top shape, and the pub scene was lively for the time of year. The locals were friendly and helpful, and the beachfront restaurant is well worth a visit. Everything was lovely, great and tidy. What more can we say? Shot hit.
