The only small hassle was parking, since the restaurants and cinema make the complex pretty busy. Otherwise, the food and service were good, and the location worked really well with all the entertainment nearby. It’s a Premier Inn, so you know what you’re getting. Service felt a little short-staffed at times.

The room was much better than we’d expected, and the food and drinks were great too. A special thanks to Jimmy, who made us feel welcome and had us laughing. The whole staff deserve a shout-out. Great job, everyone, and keep it up.

I loved the Ravioli with Pesto sauce and the Biscof cheesecake, so much that I forgot to take a photo. The Kitchen felt homely, and the staff there always seemed concerned about how I was doing. My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials. From the first contact, the team greeted me with smiles and were happy to help, which made me feel welcome. I’ve stayed at 5⭐ hotels, and it’ll be hard for others to match this team. I hope Premier Inn management values them. Thank you all for making us feel at home while we were far from home. I’ll definitely be back.

We had a great stay. It’s family-friendly, with restaurants within walking distance, and parking is completely free. Tesco and Sainsbury’s are only about a two-minute drive away.
