The meals were one of the best parts of our stay. Breakfast had a great hot English selection alongside continental options, and dinner was full of flavour with generous portions. The cosy bar’s daily happy hour was a nice bonus, and the discounted dinner-and-breakfast deals were really good value. We also found it easy to explore from here. Victoria Station is nearby, and we walked to places like Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey without needing public transport. The Evans & Evans office and tour meeting point is just around the corner, which was especially handy for an early start. The area felt safe and lively at any hour, with shops and places to eat close by. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had what we needed, including free Wi-Fi and TV. The bed was comfy, and we could choose firmer or softer pillows. The staff across reception, the restaurant, and the bar were lovely. Nardos was especially kind and helpful, sorting luggage storage and a taxi for checkout. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back. It was one of our most comfortable and best-value stays in London.

The rooms are on the small side, so I found mine fine for one person but too cramped for two. It had the basics, though there weren’t many extras, such as toiletries. For the price and location, the value is still very good. It was also very quiet, and the location is hard to beat. The staff made the stay for me: Jaspreet gave me a warm, efficient welcome, and Julia handled checkout smoothly and kindly. I’d stay here again when I’m back for work.

The reception had pastries and juice, and when we checked out on Valentine’s Day they gave us chocolate and hot chocolate to take away. A lovely touch. The staff were friendly and really helpful at both check-in and checkout. We stayed one night in February. The room was spotless and a good size, and the hotel is only a few minutes’ walk from the tube station and Apollo theatre. Great place, I’d happily stay again.

They arranged lots of birthday surprises for my nephew during our short stay, including treats and a sweet note in the room, then cake and singing after breakfast. The staff were wonderful from the moment we arrived, and this has to be my favourite Premier Inn stay. The rooms were clean and tidy, too. It’s a perfect spot for visiting central London, just a five-minute walk from Victoria coach station.

Nardos and her colleague Ellena made us feel welcome, showed us where our rooms were, and let us know when breakfast started. They were also great during breakfast, checking that nobody had allergies or dietary requirements. I had a really comfortable, welcoming stay. Such a good experience, and I’d recommend it.
