The room was clean and well appointed, and the en-suite bathroom was more than adequate. We also had a wonderful meal in the restaurant, after being welcomed by friendly, attentive staff. The one problem was the intense heat overnight. We couldn't turn down the thermostat, and the radiator was too hot to touch, so we couldn't sleep. When we raised it with the reservations manager, she was very apologetic and offered a return visit at the same discount as this seasonal deal. We'd be happy to come back, since the short break would have been perfect without the heat issue.

The decor was lovely and the meal was good value. We came as a group for dinner last Monday before the gig at Rostrevor Folk Club. My bacon chop was so yummy. Would highly recommend.

I drove from kildare to Titanic today, then brought friends here on the way back. They all gave the staff and food five stars too. When I'm near Newry, I always go out of my way to get here for the 5star food and service. Can't praise this place enough.

The sea view at the front of the hotel is stunning and made a gorgeous backdrop for photos. Dinner was amazing, with generous portions served promptly, and guests with special dietary needs were made comfortable and well looked after. We already want to return and try the whole menu! I was a bridesmaid at a wedding here, and the staff put so much care into making it a beautiful day. The attention to detail was spot on from start to finish. The atmosphere was brilliant, the bar staff were lovely, and the room looked amazing. They clearly have a lot of hotel experience and value giving guests a quality stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The breakfast, dinner and staff were wonderful, and our room was beautiful. We stayed from the 9th until the 11th of January, but it was very cold at night. Even with the thermostat turned all the way up, the room stayed cold. The radiator was under the dressing table, which seemed to keep the heat in that area instead of warming the rest of the room. We didn't want to complain at the time. We'll go back, but ask for a more compact room.
