I stayed one night with two colleagues while we were doing removal work at one of our company sites. The hotel was nice and clean, and Beefeater serves meals practically next door.

The bed was comfortable and breakfast was lovely. Thanks to chef James, who worked hard without stopping to keep the wait short and make sure we enjoyed breakfast.

The staff were friendly at check-in, and the hotel and rooms were clean and tidy. Still, this place feels extremely tired compared with other Premier Inns I've stayed in. I tried to get water during the night, but the machine was out of order. It would've been £3 for 500ml anyway, which is disgusting.

We were guests for a wedding at Kent Life, and the location was perfect. The room was what you'd expect from a standard Premier Inn, clean and suitable. Staff were polite and attentive, and check-in was simple.

A lovely location for a business trip, especially in the sunshine. I enjoyed a pint in the Beefeater beer garden next door, a lovely place by the river. The hotel staff were very friendly and the room was clean. The wifi was poor, but I expected that after seeing the note on the website. I'd stay again.
