Holiday Inn Warrington

The outside looks a little dated, but inside felt fresh, and our room was spacious, clean, and tidy. We enjoyed the quality of both dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Everyone was friendly and helpful, from reception to the restaurant. We were travelling from Scotland to London and were pleased with the stay. I’d recommend it and would definitely come back.

After a long trip, it was lovely to arrive somewhere so modern and welcoming. My room felt homely and comfortable, and I had a peaceful spell catching up on work in the warm, pleasant bar. The woman at reception gave me a warm welcome and was helpful. Breakfast was a nice self-service buffet, and the woman who greeted me that morning was lovely too. The service was marvellous, thank you.

Breakfast had a great selection, everything was piping hot, and tea or coffee was brought over right away. There were other drinks too, and the tables were really clean, with no sticky residue or marks. The staff were hardworking, chatty, informative, and cheerful. Check-in was quick and professional, and reception looked spotless. My room was spacious, clean, and just the right temperature. Dinner was good, with good service even though the hotel was busy. I’ve stayed at a few Holiday Inns for work and knew this one from years back. Some people I know had poor things to say about the Warrington one, but I wondered if they’d been to a different Holiday Inn. I’ll stay here again next time I’m travelling down. Holiday Inn should repeat this Warrington formula at some of its other hotels.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and neat. Our room had what we needed for an overnight or weekend stay. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choice, and dinner there was lovely too. The colouring and books for kids were a nice extra. Would recommend x
