I had a very good stay and will definitely use this place again. The room was very clean, with a lovely, comfortable king-size bed. I expected a more modern feel, so it was a bit dated, but honestly fine. The bathroom was basic, but did the job for the sink, shower and toilet, and the shower pressure was nice, not just a dribble. I was on the first floor in 114 and didn’t hear road noise or any other noise at night. Check-in was extremely simple: I used the screen to get my room number and key card, and was upstairs within two minutes. Breakfast was pleasant too, and a lovely lady seemed to be doing everything herself.

There were only two members of staff on shift, but they were both friendly, welcoming and positive, and a real asset to the company. Josh checked us in early evening and booked us in for dinner straight away because it was getting busy. He served us at the bar while also going in and out to handle reception. Rhina showed us to our table, took our orders and brought the food. Josh served dessert too. We thanked them both for all their hard work.

We only booked our family room with two single beds at 22:00, and both beds were already made when we arrived, which was lovely. With last-minute bookings at other Premier Inns, we’ve usually had to go back to reception for bedding. We got there just after midnight, and James at reception was happy, chatty and lovely. The room and beds were fab, clean and comfortable, just right for what we needed. Breakfast was fabulous too. Plates were cleared promptly, and Kadejah kindly offered my two boys a little chocolate treat when they’d finished eating. Would recommend!

It was really close and easy to find after our day at Warwick Castle. Emma, Josh and Rhina were lovely and super helpful, going above and beyond to make my neurodiverse small person’s birthday memorable. Between the dad jokes, his name written in chocolate sauce, and simply giving him attention, they made his day. You’ve been voted his favourite hotel and people ever! The restaurant food was good, breakfast had lots of choice, and the beds were comfy. The ladies at breakfast were friendly and helpful too, sorry we didn’t catch their names.

We found Premier Inn Warwick Hotel a dependable and good-value base for seeing Warwick Castle, the historic town centre, Leamington Spa and Stratford-upon-Avon. The rooms are generally clean, modern and functional, and the beds are often a highlight. Guests often mention quiet rooms and effective soundproofing, so it can be a good choice for families and short visits. Staff are commonly described as friendly, efficient and helpful, making check-in smooth. Parking and easy road access are useful too. Dining at the on-site or nearby Brewers Fayre or Beefeater gets mixed but generally satisfactory feedback, and breakfast is often convenient and filling. The décor and facilities are fairly standard rather than luxurious, and some people mention busy breakfasts or limited dining choice. It’s a reliable option if comfort, location and consistency matter most.
