There was a little noise from the rooms above, but it wasn’t very loud and didn’t bother me much. For a one night stay, Days Inn was comfortable, had what I needed, and was affordable. A decent budget choice if you just need somewhere to sleep overnight.

Room 124 was exceptionally clean and surprisingly quiet, with a very comfortable bed. It was already warm when we arrived on a cold November evening, and we could adjust the heater ourselves. The room was large and had a good dressing table, hairdryer, mirror and lighting, plus a kettle, tea, coffee and two chairs. Roots aromatherapy toiletries were provided too. We found it excellent value and hadn’t expected such a good standard for the price. There’s no lift, but the receptionist was friendly and helpful. There was plenty of parking, with the closest spaces opposite the electric charging stations. If you book direct with Days Inn, parking is free. We’d stay again when visiting the area. We had a great visit to Warwick and the British Motor Museum.

The reception service was prompt, and when I asked for extra tea and coffee, it arrived within five minutes. Staff were friendly and courteous when I arrived for my one night stay. The room was spotless, with fresh linen, soft, plump pillows and a really comfortable bed. I slept well and was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the room was. The location was convenient and the grounds were well kept. Very good value for the service, and I’d highly recommend the hotel.

The breakfast was the weak point. It came from one of the service area’s kiosk style cafes, and while it was edible, the quality could’ve been much better. The bathroom was clean, though the fittings and finish weren’t great. Parking was confusing at first, but I was told you can leave the car anywhere in the services for a small 24 hour fee. The room itself was a decent size and comfortable, with an electric radiator that made it easy to control the temperature. I’m not sure how it would be in summer, since I don’t think there’s air conditioning. It’s a no frills place and not the nicest looking from outside, but it’s a reasonable budget stay. I’d come back, especially since some more expensive places are much worse.
