I was here briefly for a course, and the hotel was super. It’s well placed for the airport, train and London. Breakfast was quick, clean and tasty every day, and chef George made good heart food. Stew and Louisa were glad to help with any questions or requests, and made breakfast a pleasant part of the stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

It was our first little getaway here as a couple, and Georgi and Dan made the night with their hospitality. The location’s great, with a short walk to the high street, and the service was excellent all around. We’d definitely come again and highly recommend it.

My sister-in-law and I visited Premier Inn Haywatds Heath today, Saturday 31st January 2026. We’ve been a few times before and had the self-service option, but now they take your order and bring it to the table. Chloe at front of house was lovely and polite, and nothing was too much trouble. George prepared a super breakfast, the best we’ve had there. Highly recommend. Well done, Chloe and George.

The weekend breakfast staff were friendly, but service was rather chaotic and slow. It wasn’t really a problem on Saturday or Sunday. The full English options were good quality and available in whatever quantity we asked for, while continental choices were much more limited even with at least an hour left of service. On Monday, Chloe and George were much more on the ball: the food matched the weekend standard, but service was immeasurably quicker and more attentive. We stayed three nights, Friday to Sunday, to meet a family member visiting the area after years abroad. The location was perfect for that. Our third-floor room on the car park entrance side was as expected, and the shower was one of the most powerful I’ve experienced in years.

Georgi and Dan were kind, helpful, cheerful and knew the area well. They helped us arrange taxis to our destinations and were happy to do anything we needed.
