The Rockefeller Apartments

Chris was always quick to reply and really helpful whenever we needed him. Parking was easy to find, and the location was perfect. The apartment was clean and warm, with a very comfortable bed and all the essentials, including pans and cutlery. We stayed two nights and couldn't have asked for more. 10/10, we'd definitely come back. Thank you!

Restaurants nearby and the co op opposite were really handy. It's a pleasant short walk into the centre, and the location worked very well for us. The room was spotless, with a lovely layout. We also got a guide packed with useful information.

We often stay in bowness, and from now on this will be our only choice. The apartment is spacious and modern, and I'd recommend it to anyone wanting somewhere central. On arrival day, at short notice, I called to ask about a late checkout. They said 11:30 was the latest and offered it free. Later, they called to apologise that there was a problem and our room wouldn't be ready, then gave us a completely free upgrade to a two-bedroom apartment and free checkout at 12:40. The customer service was fantastic. Thank you again.

Our apartment was huge, with two big bedrooms and a bathroom for each. The staff at The Rockefeller Apartments were super helpful and went the extra mile, making the stay memorable. The location is excellent, right on the Main Street near plenty of shops and places to eat, and only a five-minute walk from the lake. Arriving was great fun, almost like breaking into an escape room, and all the little touches made things comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you!
