The grounds at Fairmont Windsor are beautiful and so well kept, perfect for a relaxing walk. My wife and I brought our little dog along for our one-night anniversary stay, and the hotel made it easy with a dog bed, treats and even poo bags. At check-in they took a picture of our dog for the staff group chat, so the morning staff would already know who he was. Such a thoughtful touch. The service from everyone, from the doormen and front desk to the bars and restaurants, was warm and attentive, and made us feel very special. The room and hospitality made our anniversary truly memorable. It’s one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in, and we can’t wait to return. A huge thank you to everyone at Fairmont Windsor.

The flowers and handwritten card for Alma and Bruna on International Women’s Day made breakfast especially memorable. It was such a thoughtful, classy surprise. Thank you to Zainab, Ana, Emma, Khaerah, Skye, Aswabtha, Julinka and Nazeerah for signing the card and making the morning so lovely. The restaurant manager and whole team were kind and professional. Fairmont Windsor Park is beautiful, elegant and very well managed, and the staff’s warmth and attention to detail really stood out. This is the kind of hospitality you expect from a great hotel. We’ll definitely come back. Thank you to the whole team.

The room was stunning and spacious, and the spa was spotless and pleasantly quiet. We celebrated my mum’s birthday with a one-night stay and couldn’t fault a thing. The afternoon tea was amazing, and Alden looked after us so well. Every staff member was genuinely kind and friendly, especially the Guest Relations team, who went above and beyond. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

We spent our wedding anniversary at Fairmont with our baby and can’t fault the team. As new parents, we found it really comforting to discover how family friendly the hotel is. The facilities were clean, modern and beautifully decorated throughout, and both the spa and food were great. Sharmila, Mark, Nickita and Angela gave us a particularly warm welcome and helped with every request. All the staff were professional, helpful and ready to go above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. We’re definitely going to make staying at the Fairmont every year a wedding anniversary tradition.

The rooms were spacious and so comfortable, and the food was delicious. We had a divine spa experience, and the changing facilities were lovely, clean and had plenty of lockers for everything. The grounds are glorious, with ducklings waddling around at this time of year. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and professional and made everything easy and comfortable. It was a great chance to catch up with friends and relax in a warm, cosy atmosphere.
