Gigi made our stay for my mum’s 70th birthday so easy, nothing was too much trouble. We had the Malvern View room with a lovely private terrace, and breakfast was included, freshly prepared, delicious, and had lots of choice. The Swan is only a couple of minutes’ walk away, and we enjoyed a meal there, with nice staff, good food and drinks, and pretty surroundings. We also had a good lunch at The Fig in Malvern. We’ll definitely be back to Orchard Side 😊

Breakfast was sublime, and Gigi was such a lovely, helpful hostess. Charlie the dog was lovely too. The place has a peaceful, Zen-like feel, with a beautiful garden to relax in, tasteful decor throughout, and a gated drive. We’ll definitely return. Highly recommended, 5 star plus.

We feel really lucky we found Gigi and this fabulous place. The host is from heaven. Don’t bother looking elsewhere, you can’t beat it.

The garden was a lovely extra, we enjoyed a glass of wine there in the evening. In the morning, the private balcony was awesome for coffee and watching the sun rise over the hills. We spent three nights in the Malvern View room from 10 September. It was just right, with so much care taken to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast had just the right amount of choice and couldn’t be faulted. We’d happily return and highly recommend Gigi’s hospitality.

Gigi goes out of her way to make your stay a great experience. The room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was lovely. I’d strongly recommend staying here.
