Premier Inn Bromsgrove Central

Breakfast was cooked to order, so you could have as much or as little hot food as you wanted, and there was a continental option too. The staff were helpful, the rooms had everything we needed, and parking was free. It’s only a short drive to the Town Centre. A great place to stay when visiting the area, and I’d happily return.

Breakfast was a highlight, the staff were brilliant and the food excellent. The location was great and the rooms were lovely. A few things in the room were frustrating: there was no bin, the TV remote didn’t work even after I asked for replacement batteries, and, as I’m hard of hearing and need subtitles, that mattered. They also promised extra pillows, but they never arrived.

Room 78 was an excellent Premier plus Room, quiet and comfortable, with a handy fridge and coffee machine. The food at The Social was excellent, but service let it down. On the first night my 'waitress' disappeared, and my main sat on the counter for 10 minutes before the chef eventually brought it over. Night two was painfully slow too. I waited 40 minutes for my starter, alongside a screaming, badly behaved child who should have been in bed. Not a great experience.

The best thing about the location is having a David lioyd next door. The area greets you with Union Jack and St George's flags, but it’s not picturesque. This is one of the more basic Premier Inn's. The vanity station is a nice touch, though, and well lit.
